Good for you! You look wonderful, thin and healthy Bizi...the reason is you eat right for the most part and exercise!...why can't I do that.
I think it's laziness and probably some gluttony...love to cook, read cookbooks, try new restaurants and fun always seems to include eating.
OK, now that I've identified the problem.....the solution is????
Will power? redefining fun?? Pie is good...2 pieces are better.
I do go to Curves 5 days a week and talk alot about getting on our treadmill on the weekends.
Eat less, exercise more....it sounds so simple.
