I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you but responded in hope to bump this question for more response.

I too, am interested in the same topic, I have a low base line BP and wonder how taking Isradipine would affect it. I know that Sinemet makes me light headed sometimes but usually I'm okay.

I see a new Movement Disorder Specialist, and I think will ask this very same question to see how progressive he is toward treating our condition. I'll let you know what he says unless someone has informed us otherwise.
