I totally agree about his comment "No movement and just lying in bed year after year is killing you"

our bodies aren't made to do nothing, there is a little bit of the" use it or lose it" that applies, and we all really need to try to keep up some sort of movement for our whole body health.

Some will be able to do more than others, but every little bit counts, and eventually those baby steps will become a bit bigger.
