Allen, You aren't being a cry baby! Geez. It's not a good thought to think that ocular MG may be going generalized.

It sure makes sense that the clomping (for lack of a better word) together of teeth is due to muscles being weak. Talk to your neuro though. Do you clench your teeth when you sleep? That could make them weaker.

I have generalized so I don't know if ocular MG patients experience this.

I have to say, I think your neuro is kind to be so optimistic!
