I've been selling some stuff on ebay and hubby told me to sell 2 sleeping bags that we got new that he didn't like. (very picky man). When I sell something, I always include a free gift to keep things interesting. Well, I sold both bags and in one I included a free gift of a pair of men's gloves. They were new with tags still on and I knew they wouldn't fit hubby. Today I got an email from the buyer telling me that he got the bag and thanks for the gloves. He also added the question "am I suppose to keep what was inside one glove?" So I emailed back and asked what the item in the glove was. He got back to me and said "6 one hundred dollar bills". I was in shock and started to panick over what I had done.
Apparently my hubby hid the money in there in January when my mom died so that my daughter had some money when she flew home from Colorado. She didn't take the money and I didn't know it was there. Hubby forgot about it thinking she had taken it. To my disbelief, these people are mailing me the money back! Can you believe it? Just goes to show you that not all people are bad.
