My 2 cents are that, from what I understood when I read about it on the Medicare Web site, the "Set Aside" is done if the WC Settlement amount is something like $250K or higher.

My Attorney told me if I'm found to be 100% disabled that this is what Medicare will be doing for me. Yet the last dollar amount he mentioned to me as a "remote" possiblity for a settlement was MUCH lower than that. So I'm confused, and he thinks it's absolutely RUDE of me to ask ANY questions. So I just try to leave it in his "sticky little hands" and not think about it.
