Jenn .. I'd get those too when I lived in the 'tincondo' ... it felt like there was an alien pounding to get out .. and I couldn't move!! it would knock me immoveable on the couch!

I've noticed being off of copax now for almost a week - I'm really fatigued ... and nauseated ... and don't feel like eating ... so, I'm not fun to be around

got into doing some lettering on a 2ft x 4ft board for a friend's quiltshop - I had the board and needed to do something with it ... this is a surprise - trying to finish it now over the weekend ... then bring it up to her on Tuesday! I will have to clear-coat it when I bring it to her - I have no room here to do it ...
