I'm not familiar with your condition, but I'm sure you'll find folks here who can help you with that.

I do know firsthand how a constant headache can wear one down. Headache treatment is a common topic of conversation for the post concussion crowd here on the forum.

I also live in a rural community and understand how frustrating it can be to access specialized care.

I feel the best things we can do are to reach out for support and to educate ourselves as much as possible about our conditions. Luckily, both of those things are easy to do here at NT.
