Me too.
When it first started I would check on the chair that there wasn't a phone on it on vibrate.
I feel it in my groin and thighs and butt and always check for a phone despite knowing that I don't HAVE a phone on vibrate.
Without wanting to gross you out, before the first sensation, all was normal in the pleasure department.
Since it's started, it's been an indication of damage to the sensory areas of the never land I think. Bit by bit, the pleasure is turning to pain or numbness.
Very frustrating.
