Simplify! Make her finger foods like cut up bites of things to put on crackers or to dip into another tasty something.
Give her your full attention at a few meals and help her come up with ideas for "combo bites" by mixing it up a little. Make "happy" food, cut smiling faces into the apple slice or make a cold cheese strip with pretzel sticks to look like candles, etc.
Above all, avoid the packaged dinner stuff, my bet is that her little buds can taste all the additives. Go natural, if she learns to eat the right stuff now, it will be her lifetime habit.
