Ditto, Wow!
I read somewhere else that the amnio stem cells, once they are "guided" to differentiate into a particular kind of cell, do not de-differentiate and become tumors, like embryonic stem cells have been observed to do. That is definitely good news for the cell transplantation approach to treating neurodegenerative diseases.
