I can't say for sure. Today I had a friend that was having a B-day party and I went to buy him a gift at the mall. When I came out I got a call from dispatch (I'm a truck driver) telling me that I have to be in Bossier City, LA tomorrow morning at 9am. I called my friend/coworker and he said he wasn't having the party after all because we have to leave for work at 3am.
Now I'm having a bad flare up but is it from the good stress (as you called it) or bad?
