Had agood meeting/lunch with Mom and kiddo yesterday. He didn't want to do it at first, but when we got to Wendy's and saw her he felt better and got out of the car. THen we went inside and ordered. He hugged her tight, and on the way home I asked him, "Did you have fun seeing Granny?" and he said, "Yes," so I know he had a good time.

I still don't feel stable emotionally, not sure why, but when I saw a car like my old white Chevy Corsica it triggered a tiny crying jag as I was heading home. I controlled it, but I miss my car, I wish it hadn't begun falling apart. Oh well, At least I got new tires for the Olds, it drives SO much better now. I feel 100% safer in it now. TOday we're probably going to the pool for one of our last pool excursions, they close it Oct. 31st so our passes have expired, and it's not worth buying a new one for one month so we'll just outright pay for it.
