This can also be a blood sugar thing. When you get a low blood sugar, you can sweat alot. This passes with time, as the liver then gets the signals to increase glucose production (called gluconeogenesis). This may be the beginning of pre-diabetes, or insulin resistance. When was the last time you had a fasting glucose done?


But then I have been reading that you have infection? That could do it too.
