Yes, because RSD is a neurological disorder, good stress & bad stress do/can cause just as much pain/fatigue. If I do something fun and exciting like go see a concert, Im in bed for a week. Just driving 30 minutes round trip plus an hour to see my Doc Im wiped out for 1-2 days. Everything affects my pain, whether its good or bad. So I have to weight the consequences about EVERYTHING I do. If you read any of the RSD "facts" it says good or bad stress can cause the same negative effects.
