I find myself exausted for days after a busy weekend like I had this weekend. One day of excitement wears me out for several days and I have to lay around to recoup.

As far as the pain, I am in a flare with my pelvic pain now, I think it's due to being on my feet all weekend. So yes, good stress does a job on us too.
