As far as the pain, I am in a flare with my pelvic pain now, I think it's due to being on my feet all weekend. So yes, good stress does a job on us too.

You hit the nail right on the head. I have to plan my week according to how my weekend went with all the kids at home and whatever activities we do (mostly college football right now). If I get a phone call from a friend that I haven't heard from for a while throws me into a mini-flare.
