My right hand/forearm trembles/twitches/spasms almost any time I am at rest. If I'm using it, it feels a little weak, but I can use it. While it's not twitching it feels like there's a lot of tension in it that has to get out. Sometimes I feel like I cannot move it, even though I can. I takes that will to use it and I feel like it's going to give out on me, even if it doesn't.

Sometimes when I can't sleep at night I feel that feeling you are talking about. If I'm lying there for a while, I sometimes feel like my whole body goes numb and tingly and it takes an excessive force for me to lift anything, even if i can.

It's really bizarre and bothers my family when they see it. I have started to get used to it, but the right hand/forearm goes almost all day while I'm not using it.

My MD gave me 1,000 micrograms of B12 to help with that. It helps my fatigue, but the hand hasn't stopped.
