It definately sounds like simple partial seizures.

I understand not wanting medication. But I have to caution you
on one small thing about seizures. Without medication to help
control them.

They can get worse, (meaning change types)

The kind you are experiencing right now are mild forms. They technically,
don't really get noticed unless like you are having so many a day or
everyday. But the complex partial and the 2nd generalized. Are sometimes
not far behind.

So I would definately suggest you talk to your neurologist about this.
Even a very small dosage of a medication might help.
