I've also had a scs implant Feb 3, 09 for my back and have had only mild discomfort. As the months have past it has resolved itself. I suggest you go back to you Dr. you may have a infection and should get it check out. You should not be having this much pain and discomfort at this late date. Take Care Donna from AZ
