Its not a instant fix. I still tend to lean forward and strain my neck muscles but with a little attention I am back in line. My office set up is getting close to awesome and with a little more work in my room I will take a picture to share my solutions with you all.

I put a long dressing mirror at the side of my chair so I can keep an eye on my posture. I didn't know my posture was this bad at my computer workstation.
Try it. It helps. They eyes tell no lies.
