i'm here.

i'm on a tea kick. since i normally drink a cup of coffee with cream...i figure this is saving me on fat grams. plus the green tea is healthier.

i did 30 minutes of walking/dancing silly with grandmonkey. haven't done the ab work on the ball yet. did some dusting.

oh...nancy..the fat free pudding is a great idea. you can freeze the pudding too.
