Default Hi,

My Dr. recommended New Balance shoes so the kids got me a pair about 2 years ago and I like them. I have tennis shoes. Got them at JC Penney. I also have Plantar Fascius in my feet and they do seem to help.

In the daytime, I have to wear stretch pants. I only wear stretch jeans for a short length of time due to the pelvic pain. I also can't sleep in pajamas due to the pelvic pain. I sleep in gowns. If I get twisted up in PJ's then I make my pelvic pain worse.

I do like my electric blanket. It does help warm my legs up after awhile.

There are certain types of sheets I can't sleep on, I give them away if I can't. It's hard for me to find a brand I like. I don't like any from Wal-Mart. I get those from Penneys also.

I think it's just a matter of trying things until you find what works. The right material is the key but what works for one doesn't always work for others.
