That is interesting... many people have complained to me of multivits and also high dose B-complex of causing heartburn.
I think some tablets just don't dissolve quickly, and can reflux.
Also some people do not take enough liquid/water with their vitamins and supplements, so they don't dissolve well in the stomach.

My son actually threw up at school, with a zinc supplement. This is why I don't recommend the common zinc sulfate to anyone!
He also gets heartburn from B-complexes.
