Hello All! Today I had my first PT session. We are going to put some strength in my lower back first. So, my feet are not affected and that's perfect.

Jo55 - Please try to keep that storm in CA and out of Nevada! (Fat chance, huh. That baby is going to make a big mess in some places. Poor Denver - they just keep getting one after another.)
