My therapist says she can fix frozen shoulders. Takes time and can be painful, not always though.

My shoulders are irritated by my TOS and scalenes and pec majs & minors, I believe, and my elbows and wrists and thumbs. TOS can be pretty involved but a frozen shoulder is still a frozen shoulder. Could be two shoulder problems
