Tongue Sciatiac/herniated disc pain

Thank you brokenwings for referring me to this forum!

Hi everyone.

I'm new at this soooooo! I have been diagnosed with (Mri radiologist impression) -
Disc herniation at L4-L5 level posteriorly, centrally, and paracentrally to the right with a mass effect over exiting rt L4 nerve root and rt L5/s1 nerve roots.
Bilateral spondyloarthritis L2 to S1.

My S2-S3 (tailbone) has sacralized (fused) to the S1.

I have done the series of epidural steroid/pain injections along with the SI joint and faucets included with very little relief. Medrol doesn't help either.

Over the last few days my radiculopathy has spread to my right side pelvis area, and front of my thigh. I've been having pain in the right buttocks, back of thigh and calf, and rt heel.

I see a neurosurgeon in 10 day. My last Mri was 6 months ago and I have yet to have an EMG.

I take celebrex and skelatin. I have opted to stay away from pain killers.

Does anyone have these similar symptoms? Do you have any suggestion for improvement? Does any one have any idea what the neurosurgeon may suggest for a plan of treatment?

Help! 10 days seems so far away!

Any input would be great!!! Thank You.:
