Good morning everyone!
Fin - Awesome! You do have the strength to do. Just dig deep and you will find it.
Vonn - Glad you are feeling a tad bit better.
Sox - Have you tried warming you muscles up a bit before you do the exercises? It helps quite a bit. Think about your muscles as an elastic rubber band. When it is cold it is harder to stretch. When it is warm it is much easier to stretch. To warm up you can shower and then stretch or take a 5 to 10 minute walk and then stretch. It really does make a difference. Glad you liked DS's new gf.
DebbieD - I never thought of keeping a input/output journal. I never realized that going at least 5 times a morning constitutes urinary frequency until I ended up in the ER with bladder spasms. Heck, I didn't even know bladder spasms could be so painful.

2 Advil wouldn't even touch it and sleep was out of the question.
Kelly - Send some rain over here. We need to cool this place down. I want fall! (*tkrik throwing a hissy fit).

Well, the mornings are nice - 60s.
Barb - I think all those meds combined would knock me on my ask! I'm such a lightweight. LOL 2 Neurontin and I'm out for the count. 1/2 baclofen and I do the same. I've never had Ambien but I am sure it would knock me out as well. DBF takes Ambien and it's a trip sometimes as he is "asleep" but "awake" and the things he's talking about . . .

So I won't touch the stuff. I hope you got a good nights rest last night and got all those exams graded.
Not too much planned for the day. I am anticipating more work to come in sometime today. I need to get my house cleaned. I am still working on doing a thorough cleaning. I've been taking my time with it but need to up it a bit. I put off moving in with DBF for a few more months due to my dad as well as some new issues with my mom. Right now I am only a mile away from my parents, DBF's is 15 miles away (1/2 hour away depending on traffic). With my family "descending" on us over the next month or so, this gives them and extra place to stay if need be. I'll just go stay with DBF while they are here.
Have a good day everyone!
