Blue, I use to smoke anywhere from 50 to 60 cigarettes every single day. I made my mom's funeral arrangements on my one month quit anniversary. My marriage got worse when I quit smoking. I did it though but not without quitting for 7 or 8 times before that. At this present quit I just kept telling myself I would not smoke no matter what. That's what got me through it.
