Hi,
We have 12 units sharing one stairwell -- 3 floors with 4 apts on each floor.
People move in and out. We've been here a short time and have seen moves in the building.
This is what happens when one lives in crowded S. FL.
Even Fisher Island, which is accessible only by private ferry (no bridges
) is crowded and people their have dogs and kids, noisy sports cars,.....
