you can add your appts and such and set it to give you a reminder notice.

after you add the appt or event -then the next screen will ask you if you want a notice sent-

When to send reminder before event : {choices -1 hour to 3 days before}

Reminder emails can be slightly early or late. For example, a reminder scheduled for one hour before the event, will actually be sent between 1:15 and 45 minutes before the event. ]


I would allow plenty of extra time -at least a day to be sure I got it in time.
