Yeah, the Feds are saying that they will not punish those individuals who have a medical need FROM THE STATES WHERE MEDICAL POT IS LEGAL. So even if you are from a state where medical pot is legal, you better have the card from your state that says you have a medical need to carry pot. Here in Michigan it cost $100 to apply for the card and your doc has to sign the app. My GP said to talk to my MS doc who knows my MS better and the MS doc doesn't want to get involved in helping someone get what was considered "illegal". So I guess that leaves it up to my.......dentist?? Ha Ha
