Hmmm....how about

- does he/she recommend that you take up smoking as a neuroprotective?
all joking aside, you might want to inquire about a few clinical trials that most doctors should know about like Creatine or Coq10. I would want to be confident that my PCP is up on the most basic of research in PD.

I would also want someone open to letting me try drugs off-label, like Isradipine (used to treat high blood pressure) with potential benefit to PWP.

Definitely want to see how progressive he/she is toward seeing you as a "whole" person and who will consider the obvious crap you have to experience being a young PWP like how you cope with PD while working full-time, or dating, etc.
