Most of the new symptoms you mentioned sound like MS one's, but I haven't heard of flushed skin as a symptom of MS.
Perhaps you have some sort of infection, and if so, that would explain your MS symptoms flaring up too.
I would go see my GP about the cheek redness, and mention the attack symptoms that are going on at the same time.
