I have no experience with this supplement.

But I do recall a person on a forum in the past posting about it
and using it for "post polio syndrome" and trouble with his legs.
However, he then tried activated folic acid...methylfolate, and all his leg problems seemed to resolve with that instead. (according to him)

I have seen bodybuilding forums mention this sugar.

And I found this blog,

This sugar looks innocuous for the most part.

It does look like this is expensive, but that seems to be the only serious issue with it.
