Hi Shelley, those type of necklaces should be fine, the magnetic necklaces that i have seen are very very weak in magnetic strength and nothing to worry about what so ever, because of their very low guass strength, and they are not placed directly on the skin, with the warning i posted, i am referring to placing very strong magnets directly on a persons throat, the magnets with a guass reading of anything from 1,000 to 15,000 gauss Neodyium magnets, which are the most strongest magnets out that i know of anyway.

I have been using magnets for approx 20 years, the first ones i got had a warning on the side of the packet about the pacemakers and not to place them anywere near your throat, this is why i pass on that information as especially now we we are talking about magnets that are very powerfull and a lot more powerfull than those origonal ones with that warning on the side of the packet.
I have heard of some even felling dizzy placing magnets on their neck, someone with medical knowledge may be able to explain the exact reason why, its something that i never wanted to find out , just always played on the safe side and never put them on anyones throat.
