People can get odd feelings in the face (tingling/numbness) if their calcium level is low. So make sure you eat yogurt once a day (400mg there) and drink juices with calcium added (like Minute Maid w/calcium) and eat your veggies. You can take a supplement too if you want.

Also at your age, a stroke is not common. But if you are low in B vitamins, you can develop elevated homocysteine levels, which irritate the blood vessels. This can lead to blocked arteries as you age. So it is good insurance for you to take a B-50 complex of your choice once a day in the morning. This may help your anxiety some too.
So take my VB okay i will do i drink alot of low fat milk so no worrys with calicum but with my ct if i were having problems would it show up?
