I have a bit of experience with this since my mom had strokes later in life. They saw the damage on the MRI and I think it showed up on the CT scan as well.

I agree with MrsD. It's very rare for strokes to happen in people your age. It will help you to feel a bit better though if you eat healthy foods, take your vitamins and get regular exercise as long as you don't have any condition that limits physical activity.

When I was in my early 20s, my sister had a brain aneurysm and I often worried that the same thing was going to happen to me. So I decided I was going to take extra good care of myself to lessen the chances of that or other illnesses.

I hope you'll start to feel better soon. There are lots of nice people here so maybe you'll make some friends if you look through the forums. Take care.
