Anyway, a bit off topic but I thought I'd toss that out there for anyone having a lot of arthritis pain.

The gluten free diet didn't do a thing for my MS fatigue though, which was why I originally tried it. I think I even got a bit worse during my six week trial of GF eating.

I keep thinking I need to eat better. But ALL I hear is what not to eat, so I never know what to eat. And I'm starving all the time - menopause, I hate it. Or maybe something else. I need to talk to the doc either way. I'm almost wider than tall now. Ugh.

All I know is I have a tiny bit more energy with Advil (liquids) than without. Only take 2, 2-3 times a day. Tylenol or Aleve don't have any affect on me.
