The insurance company for Choice Hotels is Gallagher and Basset and they are total jerks.
We've been to court many times and each time we win. The last time the judge said he didn't care what the name of what I have is...it's work related. You'd think that would end this wouldn't you?
They could have settled with me 10 times over with all the money they have wasted trying to get me off WC, the PI, the IME's and the rest of the crap.

I'm sorry for the hassles, but happy for you having WC insurance for 13 years. Mine came from bad surgery, but Dr. shooed me off and 4 years later found out it was RSD from the surgery. I had gone into remission a couple of times and didn't realize the scope of RSD and how it can come back and spread. Now have full body-14 years and internal. And no insurance .....
But I'm grateful for a wonderful Dr. and family that are so supportive. Grateful for this forum of supportive friends-have learned so much here. Hope you stay and get to know some great people.
Keep fighting, you deserve insurance coverage-some states have lifetime insurance from WC injuries. Hope the best for you. loretta soft hugs
