the new club is doing great! so great that i have atleast 4 loads of towels everyday. hmmm...heavy wet towels...bend and twist to put them in the dryer... sheesh...

ok...i wanna trade sleep patterns with you for just 1 day. lol. i get the 2 hours of sleep and wake up with a screaming back. wide awake again for a few hours. i'm averaging about 4 hours.

it's just all so odd. i have had sore..torn..hurt muscles for years and years. no biggy. apply heat, then cold, then rest it, stretch it and it heals. but this bone stuff...it's so different. nothing makes the pain go away. ok...so a brownie and nice mug of hazelnut coffee do.

so you the head rooster now huh? keep all us chickens in line? wait...i'm a monkey.

i think this is going to be a very nice branch to hang out on.
