I was always managable with the mestinon and gives me the feeling like if I shook my head hard enough it would get better. This weekend into today though it has become so bad that I am getting dizzy as if I had vertigo. I am miscalculating distances and tripping over stuff , not a good thing to do where I work... Well has anyone of you noticed similar things?

Thanks again... you guys are great!
Oh yes, definitely before my MG got under control this was a huge thing I went through.... exactly what you said = miscalculating distances and tripping over stuff.... I had to be so careful and constantly look down at my feet... I couldn't even judge and inch or two step down properly.
Now since I don't have the double vision anymore my perception is tons, tons better.
