There are just so many out there now.
One yogurt that is very good, is the organic Stonyfield brand.
You could get a good dose of Probiotics and 400mg of calcium too! Stonyfield adds inulin also which improves absorption of the calcium.
Many commercial probiotics are expensive. There are more each day. I've seen two commercials recently on TV.. one for Align.
There are some that are "therapeutic" for people with serious gut injuries, or heavy antibiotic use. I don't think those are necessary for most average people however.
There has been one study with people who had pancreatitis, who were given probiotics by the doctors. Some of those patients who were seriously ill, died. So I warn people who are seriously ill to have medical supervision now.
We had a poster long ago at BT PN forum, who claimed that commercial probiotics contain fungal organisms as part of their manufacture. He knew a person with AIDs who was using them, and who died as a result. This means people with reduced immune systems, maybe should not take probiotics without medical supervision, or maybe not at all.
