I went to see my regular doc, and they are discussing on whether I need to go by to my neuro. I have taken lyrica and i just don't like it. It didn't really help much at all. It has been years since I have taken Neurotin, but I guess I'll see after I talk to the doctors tomorrow.

As for the Ice or heat... I can't really pinpoint any place to put heat or ice.. it's just a stabbing pain that just doesn't go away...
