One of the hardest parts of my job is doing workshops. But part of this
the biggest part is because I never know if anyone is going to attend.

A while back we started putting RSVP's on our site and when people use
them. It seems to work. And its so nice because its on the last
Workshop flyer I just sent out in email last night.

But the big thing is I have already received 6 confirmations. I will be happy
if it continues and they come. Its something I've struggled with.
