food and drink.
wheni was taken into hospital for only the second time in my 58 years of life,I realised I had come to a new low in my life.
I was fifteen stone thirteen pounds.
As an adult my lowest had been 11 stone seven pounds.
I was at a crossroads.
Do I setup my weight regime for a new longer life or decline inearly death.
I chose the former.
The RVH Hospital meal menu made it easy with listing of three or four choices .
I decide to return the food to real food .
Nothing reprocessed.
Breakfast
Porridge or weetabix
pint of cool mountain water
mid morning
cheese
pint of water with no cal contentrated juice
lunch
fruit
a banana for potassium and fibre or bowel movement.
an apple or other fruit
pint of water and no cal juice
dinner
midsize plate
chichen, turkey, pork, lamb, fish as from the animal or fish
pint of water and no cal juice
evening
more pints of water and no cal juice
monkey nuts from the shells(no salt) for roughage for bowel movement.
my weight now after four weeks is fourteen stone
continuing to loose one pound per day
target weight eleven stone seven pounds
then adjust quantities to aintain balance
How do I stick to it,easy I must .
No hunger pangs at all.
I have lived a life of fast food and nightly two or three glasses of wine.
I have had a life where I sail to great heights mentally and then next day be in the depths of despair.
Since changing my food regime my mood is happy,no huge highs or lows.
