Hi everyone!

Pam - Poor guy! Keeping him in my prayers.

Sandy - Praying for you and your mom as well.

Kelly - LOL When I would bring DDs in to the dr (sick or for other reasons), I always thought it was kind of funny to see a sick room and a well room. Go in to the sick room and catch something else that some kid had in there. You are right viruses don't care which room you are in as long as you are a good "host" they will latch on. Glad you were able to get in and see the dr as well as get the refills you need.

Sarah - I am right there with you with the spasms. They are no fun. Hope they settle down for you.

Barb - LOL I can't believe there is only 2 more weeks until the Thanksgiving break. Yeah!!! Hope you enjoy that week off.

Not doing much today. Trying my hardest NOT to have a pity party. I was supposed to be going to Mexico today - in fact, I would be just getting there now 6 hour drive, but MS changed my plans. Rt eye vision, hearing loss, shocks in the neck, and sensory/spasticity issues are here with a vengeance. The NP called me a couple of nights ago as she had to cancel her appts, mine included, and she wanted me to get in to the reg neuro yesterday. I never heard from them. She strongly advised against me going on the trip. After no call from the neuro and legs getting worse, a phone call with my neuro researcher brother (who strongly suggested I call the neuro back and get on some steriods), and 2 tearful phone calls with DBF, we decided it was best for me to say here. I am majorly bummed out. I have been packed and ready since Monday.

I know it really is a good thing I didn't go. Heck, I was woken up by spasms/pain/sensory carp every hour almost on the hour last night. A 6 hour drive would have been rough on me with or without a flare. My original plan was to take a valium before leaving to keep the spasms to a minimum and make the trip less painful.

On the brighter side . . .guess I'll work on that painting when I can sit for longer periods.
