Welcome to NT MS082009!

I have both essential tremors and MS tremors. I mostly notice them in my hands when they act up. I am on Neurontin for nerve pain and that keeps the tremors under control (extra benefit of the Neurontin). The best advice I can give is to try to remain calm. Under stress the tremors can become worse and create more anxiety which makes the tremors worse, which creates more anxiety, which . . . See the pattern. Take a deep breath and try the task again.

Talk to your neuro about the tremors as they do have meds that help with it as well as some PT or OT.

In the meantime, know that we are all here to help you and support you.
