I use ginger extract for this.... I have a twisted GI tract that I've had from birth, and nausea is my daily companion.
Sometimes it goes away after a wave, but sometimes I use the
ginger for it...it is quick, long lasting and cheap.
Check your eating schedule, sometimes low blood sugar presents with nausea. I get that if I am awake around 4am sometimes.
Take the ginger with alot of water, and not with a full stomach of food, as it can reflux and "burn" if done wrong.
