Alkaline water - at least at the high level I started - is a bad idea for PN sufferers. I am back to normal bottled water now to see if I can get rid of the PN symptoms that have appeared in arms and hands since taking the alkaline water...

I am now concerned that high alkalinity might boost auto-immune response and attack the fatty myelin sheath of the nerves...
